Partorito a cavallo del nuovo millennio, precipitato della rabbia e frustrazione che si respira nelle periferie di una città industriale in piena decadenza, Ritual of Rebirth è un gruppo che attraverso lacerazioni, strappi ed altrettante “rinascite” giunge oggi, grazie alla tenacia di Fabio, chitarrista e principale compositore, al proprio album di debutto con una formazione consolidata. La band è composta da personalità eccentriche, che hanno saputo apportare influenze ed esperienze diverse, nel tentativo di concretizzare soluzioni non convenzionali alla propria voglia di distribuire potenza. Mr. Ale Gorla, il cantante, è anche il bassista del progetto The Famili, figlio bastardo dei genovesi SADIST.Fabio Palombi - chitarra ritmica/backing vocals e colonna portante della band da quasi 10 anni - è la voce principale dei Nerve, gruppo di riferimento della scena estrema del capoluogo ligure. Completano la formazione Nicola Giordanella al basso, Ermal Zaka già chitarrista di Nerve ed Erik ex batterista dei MaterMachina.La band ha già all’attivo il mini cd “Project New Life” (2003), venduto in oltre 1000 copie ed accolto con entusiasmo da critica e fans. Ciò gli ha permesso negli ultimi anni di dedicarsi ad una intensa attività live, sia in qualità di headliners che supporto a gruppi già noti ( Labyrinth, Gory Blister, Dark Lunacy).Nell’appena trascorso 2008 è venuto alla luce “ETHICAL DISILLUSION” l’attesissimo disco di esordio, in collaborazione con Nadir Music, a seguito dell’album è stata realizzata una serie di date promozionali, tra queste spiccano le due di supporto ad una vera leggenda del DEATH METAL più tecnico... “CYNIC”...Il full lenght ha ricevuto ottimi consensi, sia da parte degli ascoltatori, che addetti ai lavori, positive recensioni su web magazine e riviste specializzate ne sono prova.Il gruppo ha iniziato nell’estate 2008 il tour di sostegno al già citato album, diversi sono stati i concerti nella nostra penisola, da Nord a Sud, dividendo il palco con importanti band, quali: STRANA OFFICINA, PINO SCOTTO, LABYRINTH, DARK LUNACY, AUGUST BURNS RED, ILLOGICIST , MALEVOLENT CREATION, VOMITORY... La band è attualmente alle prese con il processo di stesura dei nuovi brani che faranno parte del nuovo disco che si affaccerà sulla scena nel corso del 2010.

RITUAL OF REBIRTH - OFFICIAL BIOGRAPHY Ritual of Rebirth bridges the two millennia, precipitation of the rage and frustration which permeate the peripheries of an industrial city in its fullest decadence. After overcoming lacerations and rips, as well as Rebirths, and thanks to the dedication of Fabio, guitarist and main composer, RoR makes its grand debut with an aggressive album and a consolidated group of musicians. The confluence in the band of excentric personalities gives it varied influences and experiences, whose power permeates the music in always unconventional ways. Mr. Ale Gorla, the singer, is also the bass player of The Famili, bastard son of the genoese SADIST. Fabio Palombi - guitar/backing vocals and structural column of the band for almost 10 years - is also the voice of Nerve, core group of the Genoese extreme metal scene. Nicola Giordanella (bass), Ermal Zaka (guitar of Nerve) and Erik (ex-drummer of MaterMachina) complete the formation. The mini-cd “Project New Life” (2003) is the first production from RoR. The project sold over 1000 copies and was received with much enthusiasm, from critics and fans alike. Due to these, the last few years have been intense for the band. They have performed many live concerts, both as headliners and as guest for more known groups (Labyrinth, Gory Blister, Dark Lunacy). The long awaited first album, “ETHICAL DISILLUSION”, has seen the light in 2008. The project was realized in collaboration with Nadir Music, and it was followed by a series of promotional dates. Especially memorable among those were the two concerts as support of CYNIC, a real legend among the most technical DEATH METAL bands. The full-lenght cd was exceptionally well received, both from the fans and the real insiders. Evidence of it comes from the many positive reviews on web magazines and specialized press. In summer 2008, the group started a tour throughout Italy, aimed at promoting the album. They shared the stage with important bands, such as: STRANA OFFICINA, PINO SCOTTO, LABYRINTH, DARK LUNACY, AUGUST BURNS RED, ILLOGICIST , MALEVOLENT CREATION, VOMITORY... The band is currently in the songwriting process, planning a 2010 release.
